Set the time and date for the meeting as required, as well as any settings regarding video and audio, and in the bottom row (labelled Calendar) click on the "Other Calendars" option before scheduling the meeting. To do this, click the calendar icon when logged in as a host. This will open a new tab where all the information for the meeting can be entered. If you're signed in, change your name if you don't want your default name to appear. Enter the meeting ID and your display name. If you want to join a meeting by signing in: Sign in to the Zoom desktop client. This means that the one hosting the meeting will have to set it up prior to the meeting taking place. If you want to join a meeting without signing in, click Join a Meeting. In order to get around the 40-minute limit more effectively, aim for a scheduled meeting instead of just starting one.
